From any direction:

As you approach the interchange of Beltway 8 (Sam Houston tollway) and Hwy 59 (Southwest Freeway), exit at the Beltway 8 Frontage Road. The office is inside the beltway, on the south side of the Southwest Freeway. There is free visitor parking around the building. The office is easy to access from the frontage road and a sign in the front says "Sterling Plaza".
